About Jamie Woodford

Current Drum Chair: Drummer with Curtain Call Creative, Drummer (Kings Theatre Southsea)

Jamie is based on the Isle of Wight. He has been working Freelance for over 20yrs working in many areas, which include Theatres, Orchestras, Party bands, Sound production, and producing shows

Much of his work has involved working in London, Portsmouth, and the Isle of Wight

Since working freelance, he has worked with The Royal Marine Association Concert Band and Royal Marine Corps of Drums, UK Productions, Country Superstars, Portsmouth Theatres, Curtain Call Creative, BlackFoot Daisy, Conerstone Party Band, Apple Beatles, Downtown Party Band, Bob Howarth Big Band, Late Night Sound, Enormous Small Band, IOW Symphony Orchestra, Island Concert Band, Abbey Brass, HMS Nelson Volenteer Band, Symphonix Orchestra.

During his time in Music college, he was taught by Rupert Brown (London session drummer) , Tim Hallam (P&O Cruise ships), and since coming out of college, Craig Blundell (StevenWilson, Steve Hackett), Steve White (Style Council), Robert Brian (Suzi, Simple Minds, Peter Gaberial).

Shows he has produced and Musical Directed include a West End and Broadway Spectacular, Legends of Swing Unplugged, Sounds like Sinatra, and Viva Las Vegas.
